Section 01General Terms

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to register and use the Service:

Where underage gambling is confirmed, any balance held in the account will be returned to the payment source used for deposits, and the account will be permanently closed.

Section 03Account Registration & Management

Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances associated with the duplicate accounts and the permanent closure of all accounts held by that individual.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Section 04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vb8555 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which vb8555 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods

vb8555 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Cashier section of your account.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your vb8555 account balance as soon as the funds are confirmed on our system. vb8555 does not accept deposits made by third parties. Funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name and verified under your account. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be voided and returned.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. vb8555 aims to complete withdrawal transactions within a short turnaround period, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) the account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is an active bonus subject to a wagering requirement that has not yet been met; (c) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms; or (d) the withdrawal amount is below the published minimum threshold for the selected payment method.

Section 05Bonuses & Promotions

vb8555 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as published on the relevant Promotions page or communicated directly to the player. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be staked in real-money gameplay before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion details.

Bonus Abuse

vb8555 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where we reasonably determine that a player is abusing the bonus system. Conduct considered abusive includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk hedging strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; and withdrawing a bonus before wagering requirements are met.

Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications related to your account, including security notifications and withdrawal confirmations.

Section 06User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from conduct that is harmful to vb8555, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the use of the Service.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological aid to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform software. Any winnings arising from a software error are void and vb8555 reserves the right to recover such amounts from your account balance.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with sports betting markets.
• Using the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose. vb8555 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward vb8555 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players, or any part of the Platform infrastructure, without authorisation.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the Platform. vb8555 reserves the right to take legal action where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence or causes material harm to the Platform or its users.

Section 07Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your vb8555 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Where your account holds a positive balance and all wagering requirements have been met, we will process a withdrawal of your remaining funds to your verified payment method upon receipt of your closure request. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion

vb8555 supports voluntary self-exclusion as a responsible gaming measure. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period — or permanently — may request self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Once a self-exclusion is in place, we will use reasonable endeavours to prevent access to the Platform during the exclusion period. Promotional communications will be suspended for the duration of the exclusion. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied; players wishing to end a self-exclusion must wait until the defined period has elapsed and submit a formal reactivation request.

Platform-Initiated Suspension

vb8555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity is suspected; (c) the player's identity cannot be verified; (d) the account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose vb8555 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. vb8555 will notify the account holder at the email address on record prior to applying a dormant account administration fee. The administration fee schedule and dormancy policy are published in the Help section of the Platform. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active.

Section 08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb8555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, even if vb8555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vb8555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the ninety (90) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vb8555 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend access to the Platform for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or any other technical reason, and shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude vb8555's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vb8555 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform and endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. Players with a complaint or dispute are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. vb8555 will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aims to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) days.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and vb8555 with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral.
